Shiatsu massage - Tui Na - Acupressure
Tui Na massage (Tui 推: push, Na 拿: grab) acts on the acupuncture points and meridians to tone and stimulate the body and mind.
Its objective is to circulate and rebalance energies. It is a real prevention tool against all health problems.
The Tui Na massage, created around 1300 BC. JC, is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This manual therapy technique is at the origin of the Japanese Shiatsu massage (指 圧: finger pressure) which appeared at the beginning of the 20th century.
The fourteen major meridians are used as energy pathways and the classic acupuncture points are the therapeutic points.
Massage is the oldest, most effective and most instinctive treatment method
Since all time, we naturally carry the hand, we rub or massage the painful areas of our body to relieve them. Rubbing the skin stimulates blood circulation and metabolism in the affected area.
This action has direct beneficial effects not only on the surrounding skin and muscles, but also on the nerves, blood vessels, cells and organs located under the skin.
