Mu points are directly related to organs (Yin) and viscera (Yang). They are considered the discharge taps of the meridians and viscera associated with them. They can sometimes be sensitive to touch and then it is a sign of imbalance in the meridian and organ corresponding to them. This is why they are called alarm points.
To contribute effectively to rebalance your energy meridians and thus the proper functioning of your organs and viscera, you should stimulate all Mu points, every day and in the order below.
