Shiatsu massage to calm the Shen (spirit)

 

 

 

To contribute effectively to rebalance your energy meridians and to calm the Shen, you should stimulate all points below, every day and in the order below.

 

  • Press on the red point with one of the fingernails.
    Be open to your feelings (sensitive point, abdominal area taut, point which becomes hot ...).
  • Breathe deeply and relax the whole body and especially the area around the concerned point.
  • Change point at your own pace.

You can also visualize on the indicated point the infinity symbol 8 or a circle O or the yin and yang
