Shiatsu massage to calm the Shen (spirit)
To contribute effectively to rebalance your energy meridians and to calm the Shen, you should stimulate all points below, every day and in the order below.
- Press on the red point on illustrations with one of the fingernails. Be open to your feelings (sensitive point, abdominal area taut, point which becomes hot ...). For best results, the muscles of the fingers, hand, arm and shoulder should be relaxed.
- Breathe deeply and relax the whole body and especially the area around the concerned point.
